30 Day Shred!

So K and I have been doing the 30 Day Shred with Jillian Michaels from the biggest loser. It's been a rough five days so far! I think today was the first time since I started that I didn't look like a gimp walking home from K's house. It's killing me but I'm loving it. I've decided I HATE Jillian but she knows her stuff. So in 30 days we'll see if it was all worth it. I also love doing it with K at her house because it means I have to get up in the morning and go. Someone is expecting me.

AZ was in town with me this weekend and we hit up Zumba Friday night as well so I got in 90 minutes that day. Saturday was rough for standing up and sitting down. My legs have never hurt so much.

I'll keep it up until early March and then weigh in to see what the verdict is. I probably won't check in here everyday, maybe just once a week or so. As of now, I'm still at 225. Wish me luck!

Feeling pretty great!

So I've been doing great with my "diet" and Alli. I haven't weighed in again, I'm a little nervous to do it. But I found this great new Website, courtesy of M and N! It's myfitnesspal.com and it's a free calorie counter, exercise tracker, and food diary. I LOVE it! It's great for what I need and if you're also trying to be fit, you should check it out.

I did 25 minutes on the Wii fit today and I'm pretty proud of myself!
