I finally did it! I lost 5 pounds! I'm down to 225. Hooray hooray hooray! I'm sorry, I'm feeling awesome about it and I wanted you to know. :) I mean 5 pounds is 5 pounds! Next it's 10.
Anyway, back to my regular updates. I went Thursday to the gym and then got sick. So I didn't go to zumba Friday. I'm wanting to get back to going more regularly (I know, I already said this but I mean it!) so I've decided on a new plan of action. When Ryan opens (off at 6ish) I'll go as soon as he gets home. If I'm off on a day he closes (works at 1), I'll go in the morning. The 1030 and 11 wasn't working well for me and I burnt out way too quickly with so little sleep. So here we go again.
I want to try doing the Wii fit again and I hear there is a pretty awesome Zumba for Wii that I want to look into.
With the Alli already helping out as much as it is, I think I can get the jump start I need. I'm also joining Weight Watchers. I've heard nothing but good things about it and I think I could really use the tools and information they have. I'll let you know when I do that...
In the meantime if anyone wanted to send me healthy recipes, I'd love some ideas... tiphanie_sams@live.com
