I'm pretty sure this is what Hell would be like...day 2

820-824am crunches

1207-1256pm walking with K

10-1020pm 1.5 miles on elliptical
1020-1030 1.5 miles on stationary bike
1030-1045 30lbs on chest press 40 reps, 40lbs on lat pull -I lost count of the reps...I think that means I did too many :)
1055-1105 laps in pool
1105-1115 hot tub......
1125 time to go home, made plans with A to be back at 9am

I mistakenly said yesterday that the first day is always the hardest. NOPE! The first is the easiest. You feel great about everything, you're not sore AT ALL and you have the satisfaction of being able to say I'm doing it! Day 2 sucks. You're fighting fatigue from day 1, muscles are sore that you long ago forgot you had and you're seriously starting to question your sanity in doing all this. This is where you come in...

  1. It gets better!!! I promise it does! Just keep telling your self how good it will feel when you are done. Take some ibuprofen for the pain if it gets to bad or have a hand full of almonds. Remember no pain no... well they say gain but we will say lose. So, no pain no lose!!! Keep it up!!!!!!
