Sunday I went for a short 10min "walk" around the neighborhood with K. More like a stroll but I wasn't intending to workout on Sunday anyway so...meh.
Monday I couldn't find a single person to go with me and believe me I tried HARD! I was going back and forth with myself about going alone and what do you know, I surprised myself and just did it! It was kinda fun to go alone although I would still much rather have someone next to me. But now I know I can and will go alone if I have to.
Monday I did 30 min and 2 miles on the elliptical, 30 min and 4 miles on the bike, 50 crunches, and about 20 each lat pulls and chest press.
Today I went with a new partner, also an A but I'll call this one AB :). So AB and I went tonight and I did 60 min and 4.35 miles on the elliptical. I also did maybe 15 reps on chest press. A great effort and I'm glad to have another partner option. No offense A! I just love having someone to go with.
Tomorrow morning I'm doing Zumba at 930 and at this point it's alone again...but it's one that I wouldn't miss for anything so I'm pretty sure I'll be there. :) I can't believe how addicting Zumba is. CRAZY!
Wish me luck, tomorrow is the 2 week mark and I'm hoping it goes better than last week...
